New year, new taste! A new menu of Diamond Dinner for Two will be launched on 2 Jan 2018. This dinner features a 4-course menu with mouth-watering seafood platter of lobster, oyster, blue mussel and more to start with. Then followed by the can’t missed - The Famous Spinning Bowl Salad. The entrée is 16oz Roasted Prime Rib – the Diamond Jim Brady Cut for sharing. And for dessert, a flaming Baked Alaska served tableside is excellent to sweeten up the ending.
